Frequently asked

Do you take commission on bookings?

No. Bookings you serve are commission-free, whether the client is a regular or found you on Bliss. You pay only your monthly plan.

How long does it take to get listed?

About 30 minutes to register, add up to 10 services with photos and submit. We review and approve new listings, usually within 2 working days.

Can clients book a specific therapist or coach?

Yes. Clients can pick a preferred therapist for services, or start from a coach's own calendar for sports and classes.

What if a client cancels last minute?

Your cancellation policy is enforced automatically. Free cancellation closes 48 hours before the visit; inside that window the booking is locked and any deposit stays with you.

I already use another booking system. Is moving painful?

We import your service menu and client list for you during setup, and your data stays exportable afterwards. Most shops switch without closing a single day.

Is Bliss in Chinese?

Yes. Your storefront, menus and booking flow are in English and Traditional Chinese as standard, and partner support speaks Cantonese.
